Hamilton Realty’s new website makes it convenient and easy to buy or sell a home or land in Oregon. With a modern look and feel, this site is a one-stop-shop for buyers and seller of residential, multi-family homes, or land, whether it’s in the city or suburbs, rural or urban.
The recently-launched site's responsive design uses IDX Property Search, making it easy for users to locate the information they need in seconds. The site has been designed to function efficiently and look great on a computer, tablet, or smartphone. The site features a pop-up messenger window where Lisa Hamilton, Principal Broker, Owner, and Real Estate Consultant, greets users with a welcoming message and encourages past, present, and future clients to ask questions. Site visitors can also sign up to save their searches, or request the monthly RMLS Market Action for the latest in market stats.
The
homepage features the most recent active, pending, and sold listings in Lisa’s inventory and allows interested home seekers to click to schedule a showing. A mortgage calculator is conveniently located on the home page. Scrolling down the page brings visitors to a message from Lisa, a gallery of beautiful homes from Lisa’s listing inventory, and also provides future sellers with examples of the professional marketing they will receive when listing with Hamilton Realty. Site navigation begins with clicking the tabs at the top of the home page. The Property Search tab takes visitors to the Current Listings menu. The Current Listings page provides the opportunity to search by city, county, zip code, school, address, MLS number, and price. By clicking on the Details tab on the Current Listings page, prospective buyers can search for a home according to the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. The features tab allows for input of preferences such as waterfront, swimming pool, fireplace, and more.

The
Featured Communities section is a work in progress and currently offers information on Bull Mountain, King City, and Tigard. This section also describes local schools, employment, entertainment, parks, recreation, and housing options. By selecting the Buyers tab, website visitors can read helpful tips regarding buying a home, buying vs. renting, the moving process, relocation, mortgages, and utility services.
